Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join Loadberg Services Ltd. as a key member of our team.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop effective policies and procedures that support the organization's goals.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Lead the development of communication strategies to promote the organization's vision and values.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, promoting mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar role.
Working Conditions
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
