Sales Growth Specialist for Heavy Equipment in Ontario

About ManuliftWe are the Canadian leader in telescopic forklifts and are experiencing significant national expansion. Our mandate is to promote Manulift products in a structured and strategic manner to drive growth in the Ontario and surrounding areas.
Sales Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a sales professional who knows how to engage clients, quantify and articulate a value proposition, and close deals. The commission structure is uncapped, and the salary plan is designed to reward top performers with some of the highest salaries in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining strong relationships with clients through visits to client work sites;
- Planning and organizing business strategies to achieve desired results and exceed equipment sales targets;
- Identifying customer needs and responding appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitor prices;
- Using the sales database in the Salesforce CRM to ensure information is updated daily;
- Following up post-sale.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience/external sales position;
- Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment;
- Valid driver's license;
- Experience using a CRM.

- An estimated salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on performance and location.
