Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Meineke Car Care Center. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate HR activities, and direct daily operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls and messages, compiling data and statistics, and setting up and maintaining information filing systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and be organized. You will also have experience with MS Outlook and MS Office. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
