Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Savers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent service, and ensuring a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing store display and accurate inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
