Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Stacked Pancakes & Breakfast House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that align with our business goals.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing initiatives and develop strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including liquor legislation and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 hours per week.
