Market Sector Leader, New Mobility

About the Role

Arcadis is seeking a seasoned leader to drive growth and oversee business development initiatives in the transportation sector. As a Market Sector Leader, New Mobility, you will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies, building client relationships, and leading a team to deliver innovative and integrated data-based transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership to align business goals with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive the strategy to expand Arcadis's presence in the transport market and connect with new clients.
  • Expand Arcadis's services with existing clients by leveraging global and cross-GBA expertise and talent.
  • Apply a client-centric approach to engage with clients, build strong relationships, and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Lead and support key account managers of our Mobility clients in Canada.
  • Collaborate with other sector leaders and business areas for cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, Transportation Planning, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a leadership role within the transportation sector.
  • Strong business development skills and a track record of successfully winning and managing projects.
  • Good knowledge of transportation planning, design, and construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
