About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving volume targets in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ON and OFF Premise accounts
  • Conduct product tastings and education sessions to promote sales
  • Execute sales calls using our Structured Call methodology
  • Report on competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions
  • Prospect, quantify, and qualify new accounts to determine potential fit with our brand portfolio
  • Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aids and staff training seminars
  • Work with supplier representatives and members of management to promote sales
  • Service and improve the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position, and frequency
  • Ensure distribution of our brands in key purchasing areas of accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of wine and spirits
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition
