We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our electrical sales growth strategy across business units in Canada. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing regional sales managers and driving the growth of electrical product market share within your territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions to meet organizational growth objectives.
- Manage and report on sales performance to executive officers, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute market-based business plans and sales strategies to ensure attainment of company sales goals, profitability, and team accountability.
- Promote incremental and profitable business growth in defined territories while maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback to measure performance and identify strategies for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the electrical industry, with a proven track record of sales growth and leadership.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Atkore International's products and services, including conduit & duct, cable management systems, armored cable, metal framing, and security products.
