BrokerLink has over 200 offices across Canada, and we offer flexible work arrangements. We're looking for a Data Analytics Expert to join our team in Glenmore, AB or Toronto, ON office on a permanent full-time basis.

Job Description

The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing sustainable predictive analytics models to enhance broker and customer experience. You will work independently on challenging projects, drive change by improving processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

  • University Degree
  • Certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance, or Economics, ACAS or FCAS preferred
  • 5 years or more of actuarial experience (preferably in the P&C Insurance sector)
  • Good knowledge with SAS, VBA, R, or Python
  • Desirable competencies: adaptability, innovative, analytical, decision-making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning, and organizing, team-oriented
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
