Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be a valuable resource to our team, serving as the primary point of contact for a large volume of accounts. Key responsibilities include negotiating pricing, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing support to further develop and maintain the sales territory.

  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills both in person and on the phone
  • Participate and manage Salesforce CRM tools
  • Establish, meet and review sales and product budgets, sales results and strategic plans
  • Provide support to further develop and maintain the sales territory
  • Responsible for achievement of sales, product and market targets
  • Gather and compile qualified market feedback
  • Follow-up on sales activity with Branch Sales Manager
  • Coordinate and report projects, over preset limit
  • Regularly submit feedback to the Purchasing Department
  • Complete, submit and follow-up on quotations
  • Develop, review, and document new business opportunities (accounts and products)
  • Assist with, and participate in, physical count of company inventories
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of Sales experience (Inside and Outside Sales)
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma specializing in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency when required
  • Dynamic communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • A proven track record of successfully maintaining accounts
  • Client-focused, professional and results-oriented
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, Salesforce experience a great asset
