Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Tire Terminal Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
