Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at True Religion Brand Jeans. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Supervise and develop sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to maximize sales, build strong relationships with customers, and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve quarterly sales and SPH goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury apparel environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Functional digital literacy, including POS, MS Office, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to lift 24 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous management experience in retail apparel environment.
