About the Role

Pioneer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent standing and bending
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
