We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Colt Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the life cycle management of key internal and customer programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Planning: Develop and lead program schedules, identify critical path activities, and conduct initial project build plan meetings.
- Program Financial Management: Ensure program deliverables are accomplished, and supporting documentation is prepared for each program milestone payment.
- Risk Management: Assess and identify risks, develop and implement risk mitigation plans, and forecast potential risks.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with key customer representatives, ensure all key program events and issues are documented, and deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
- Driving New Projects: Launch new projects, initiatives, and project launches from bid award through to delivery.
- Security Clearance: Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada.
- Confidentiality: Maintain secure and confidential company information.
- Policies and Procedures: Adhere to Colt Canada Corporation's policies and procedures.
- Office Environment: Work in an office environment at Colt Canada and customer sites.
- Manufacturing and Travel: Work in manufacturing, assembly, range, and lab areas, and travel domestically and internationally.
- Colt Canada Policies: Familiarize yourself with Colt Canada policies and procedures.
- WHMIS: Complete WHMIS training.
