Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Colt Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the life cycle management of key internal and customer programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program schedule development and identify critical path activities for assigned programs.
  • Conduct initial project build plan meetings and lead future project scoping activities.
  • Ensure program deliverables are accomplished and supporting documentation is prepared for each program milestone payment.
  • Manage program risks, including assessment, identification, and mitigation.
  • Maintain regular contact with key customer representatives and ensure all key program events and issues are documented in writing.
Accountabilities
  • Drive new projects, initiatives, and project launches from bid award through to delivery.
  • Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada.
  • Maintain secure and confidential company information.
  • Adhere to Colt Canada Corporation's policies and procedures.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in an office environment and be required to travel domestically and internationally. PPE will be required in manufacturing, assembly, range, and lab areas.
