Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team at Christie Digital Systems Canada Inc. This is a hybrid position based in Kitchener, ON.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and tracking expenses to maintain project profitability.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate and resolve them, preventing project delays.
- Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including team members and upper management, providing regular project updates.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Manage equipment, materials, and other resources essential to project success.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that final products or systems meet or exceed customer expectations.
- A University degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in program management within a technical setting.
- A successful track record of bringing products from concept to production.
- Proven experience in developing and managing schedules and budgets.
- Collaborative work experience across diverse teams, especially in engineering, supply chain, and product management.
- Skilled in working with contractors and suppliers to ensure program success.
- Capability to assess risks, comprehend potential impacts, and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Strong problem-solving acumen and the ability to devise creative solutions.
- Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in negotiation, management, mentoring, and coaching, financial analysis.
