Airline Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airline Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our airline customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor passenger meal and aircraft movement information to disseminate critical updates to internal departments.
  2. Liaise with our central order control office in Toronto to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Respond to urgent calls from external and internal customers, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs.
  4. Direct staff in various departments as required to fulfill customer requests in the absence of a supervisor.
  5. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while working under pressure to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with operations and customers regarding aircraft and ordering changes.
  7. Utilize various airlines systems to retrieve meal and aircraft updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Enter and maintain customer orders in our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  9. Audit billing to confirm all items and services provided are accounted for, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain and organize customer information for backup support to billing, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or college diploma.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a highly time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills, data entry, and detail-oriented with experience in ERP systems a plus.
