At CPP Investments, a leading professional investment management organization, we are seeking an experienced Director of Learning and Development to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for developing global scale learning programs. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to design, develop, and deliver integrated global learning solutions that drive exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have deep experience in adult learning, with a proven track record of delivering results in the learning space. You will be able to lead and develop others in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation/influence skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organizational priorities and future training needs.
  • Design and deliver large-scale learning programs for a global organization, incorporating best practice learning approaches and systems/technology.
  • Lead a team of learning professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to advance capabilities and sustain a world-class learning experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to define and execute our learning strategy, driving innovation and growth through learning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable expertise in adult learning, with a focus on global scale program development.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in the learning space, driving behavioral change through collaborative and inclusive styles.
  • Able to lead and develop others in an ambiguous, constantly changing, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and perks that support your overall well-being and career growth.
