About the Role:
At CPP Investments, we seek a seasoned Global Learning Development Strategist to drive our enterprise-wide learning solutions. This pivotal role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver impactful leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify essential leadership capabilities and prioritize business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive learning pathways that provide relevant knowledge and skills, enhancing the overall learning experience with contextual information.
- Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives, facilitating progress tracking and impact assessment.
- Utilize a consultative approach to prioritize leadership development within the organization, building and executing robust leadership development solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

Knowledge Management & Communication Tools:
- Focus on creating change management strategies and communication tools that adhere to adult learning principles, leveraging instructional design methodologies and an agile learning development model for effective learning environments.
- Stay informed about best practices in the field of learning and development, integrating this knowledge to enhance existing processes and create new programs that continuously improve the organization's learning offerings.

Business Operations & Project Management:
- Manage business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient use of resources.
- Budget management, including forecasting, allocation, and tracking of expenditures to maximize financial performance.
- Lead project management efforts, from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, employing best practices in project management methodologies to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in related fields such as Leadership Development, Talent Management, Instructional Design, or Adult Learning.
- Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, learning & development, project/program management, and/or Organisational Development, preferably in the financial or professional services industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand broader issues and risks.
- Highly organized, with attention to accuracy and detail, producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new systems and applications.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package with an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
