Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive learning solutions that meet the needs of CPP Investments' employees. Key accountabilities include:
- Collaborating with business units and Talent Centres of Expertise (COEs) to identify and prioritize essential leadership and enterprise capabilities.
- Developing and implementing robust leadership development solutions that align with organizational priorities.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
