Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at House of India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
