Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GONG CHA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
