Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that meet the needs of our members and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with our business goals and meet the needs of our members.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Communicate product strategies and results to stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and experience with product development lifecycles.
