Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to become a key member of our team at BOYS WATER PRODUCT. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary contact for employees and management, facilitating understanding and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Managing updates to employee records, including job titles, supervisors, compensation adjustments, promotions, and work locations.
  • Conducting onboarding sessions for new hires to guarantee a seamless integration into the organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with substantial training in HR practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a resourceful approach to challenges.
  • A comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS systems, and the capability to quickly adapt to new software.

Work Environment
This position will support our team in a remote capacity, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
