- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage raw materials and finished products, and prevent stock shortages.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommend replacements, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000, 9001 quality management certified, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
