Job Overview
Pomerleau, Inc. is a dynamic company seeking an Administrative Assistant for Human Resources and Legal Affairs to support our HR and legal team in all administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Classify documentation related to the hiring and departure of employees
- Keep track of deadlines and administrative procedures up to date
- Organize and plan internal meetings, training sessions, and events
- Ensure administrative follow-up of files (contracts, amendments, absences, etc.)
- Prepare the elements necessary for processing payroll (overtime, leave, bonuses)
- Record the data necessary for issuing KPI reports
- Ensure the archiving, digitization, and classification of administrative and legal documents
- Monitor office supplies and manage orders necessary for the activity

Required Skills and Qualifications
- College education in the administrative field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite)
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Rigor, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Writing and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
