Sun Porch Homes Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages, compiling data and statistics, and ordering office supplies. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and have excellent customer service skills. The position is a permanent role with 32 hours per week and offers a dental plan and health care plan. The work language is English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Provide customer service
  • Greet customers
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
