We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team in Yorkton, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with customers.

About the Role

  • Job Summary: To manage, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities and implement sales processes that meet customer needs.
  4. Manage sales budgets to optimize revenue growth while maintaining cost control.
  5. Develop and implement incentives plans to motivate sales staff and drive performance.

Requirements:

  • Possess post-secondary education in Agricultural Business, Marketing, or a related field; an Associate's/Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Equivalent education or experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience and 1+ year of management experience is required.
  • Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products would be advantageous.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.

  • An estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.
