Project Management Responsibilities


This role oversees the organization and monitoring of projects within the Marketing department. Projects may vary from single-event activities to standardized weekly processes. Responsibilities include working closely with the Project Management team and independently managing assigned tasks, including resourcing, maintaining timelines, and project documentation. Collaboration with internal teams ensures processes and deadlines are adhered to.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities



  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities within projects and current processes.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Resourceful and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly is mandatory.
