Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our restoration projects in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of emergency and restoration claims, ensuring timely completion of estimates and files, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emergency and restoration claims from scoping to completion, including coordination of resources and communication with clients and adjusters.
  • Ensure estimate and file completion timelines meet corporate and program KPIs.
  • Educate clients on the repair process, timing of service delivery, and realistic expectations.
  • Prepare accurate job costing and estimation, meeting target margins.
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable.
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors and third-party vendors while ensuring contract compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Lead Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Inspect project progress and ensure high-quality work throughout.
  • Effectively manage competing demands and prioritize tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in the Restoration/Construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis software.
  • Possession of IICRC (WRT, FSRT) certification is highly desired.
  • IICRC (Odour, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation technician) certification is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction theories and Ontario Building Code.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Valid G/G2 driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
