Rossbrook House Inc, a leading organization in the Children and Youth sector, is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Youth Program and Operations Lead. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.

**Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supervision and safety of Rossbrook House programs and operations. They will ensure that appropriate staffing is in place to meet the supervision and programming needs of Rossbrook House.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Safety and Supervision: Ensure high standards of physical and psychological safety for participants and staff at Rossbrook House.
  • Operations Management: Provide and coordinate on-call coverage as needed, schedule senior staff for weekly shifts, and monitor staffing budget in collaboration with Finance and Admin Manager.
  • Program Development: Direct assigned staff to ensure a variety of programs and activities are available to Intermediate Youth participants (ages 13-24 years) that reflect their needs and interests.
  • Fundraising and Resource Development: Plan effective weekly allocation of funds and resources necessary to deliver programs and activities to youth participants, and develop and implement successful culturally specific programs and activities.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Education and Experience: Relevant post-secondary education, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Background and Skills: Prior experience working in the Children and Youth sector, conflict resolution skills, and prior experience managing/supervising staff.
  • Additional Requirements: Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's license and be willing to obtain a Class 4, and experience compiling and maintaining statistical data.
