Job Title: Strategic Organizational Development Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team at Ontario Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word skills

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment
  • Large workload

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
