Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at Ontario Limited.
Job Summary:The Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support organizational goals
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective management of resources
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to achieve its objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years or more of experience in a senior HR or organizational development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast-paced environment with a large workload
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
