Job Title: Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at 5036744 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize organizational development initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to middle managers and directors on HR-related matters
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior HR or organizational development role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
