Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Administrator to join our team at PITA PIT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Work Details:

  • Permanent work term.
  • English work language.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
