Market Access and Pricing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Market Access and Pricing efforts in Canada. As the Head of Market Intelligence, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure Daiichi Sankyo's oncology portfolio is accessible and priced competitively in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a long-term vision for Daiichi Sankyo's brands in Canada, identifying market trends and opportunities to maximize portfolio potential.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to drive the Oncology strategic Access & Pricing plan, leveraging market analysis and stakeholder engagement to inform decision-making.
  • Implement local strategies for new products from Daiichi Sankyo's pipeline, ensuring alignment with global and European teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop a customer-centric stakeholder engagement plan for Canada, aligning with Commercial and Medical Affairs functions.
  • Lead talent development and performance management, driving a forward-looking view of future required capabilities.
  • Engage in continuous improvement, gathering competitive intelligence to inform effective decision-making and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Completed medical, scientific, or economic studies or additional training in health economics or politics.
  • Successful track record in access & pricing and product launches in Oncology, preferably in Solid Tumours.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to attract and manage talent, lead cross-functional collaboration, and foster open communication.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
