Job Summary

At Tony's Fresh Market, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence and analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop business intelligence and analytics solutions using C# and .NET Framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to help improve our business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and manage business intelligence tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected and the accuracy of the reports generated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent technical architecture, design, and coding skills in C# and .NET Framework.
  • Experience with integrations to ERP Systems such as Financial, Retail, Warehouse Management, Business Intelligence, Store, HRM, and Merchandising systems.
  • Expertise in defining and documenting technical specifications and requirements.
  • Experience with creating and modifying queries, stored procedures, indexes, and triggers on MS SQL Server 2008+.
  • Experience with full SDLC from design to deployment and agile development process.
  • Experience with Github and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Life cycle development.

Working Conditions

The work environment is typical of an office and retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud. Ability to drive and flexible to travel to all company locations as required.
