Job Description

TSX Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Development to join our team in Toronto.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for accelerating TSX's performance by analyzing internal business operations and external competitive environments to identify strategic growth opportunities.

  • Support the development of the company's enterprise-wide strategy to align with its corporate vision and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify new products, services, and partnerships that drive growth.
  • Develop clear communication materials to share findings and recommendations with the CEO, senior management team, Board of Directors, and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with an MBA or master's level education preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or an in-house strategy function, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Solid analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong research and financial modeling skills, including business case development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations, build presentations, and influence and engage individuals at all levels.
