The Opportunity:
We're seeking an exceptional Bilingual Investment Representative to join our Contact Centre team. As a passionate enabler of financial freedom, you will be responsible for providing caring, informative, supportive, accurate, and timely service to our clients. As a Bilingual Investment Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from knowledgeable and passionate representatives. Responsibilities:
You will respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or chat on Qtrade Direct Investing (QDI) products and services efficiently, compliantly, courteously, and professionally. You will manage order flow for online trading from self-directed clients and act as their primary contact for problem resolution and complaints. You will keep current with market trends and news items affecting markets and client investment decisions. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying, suggesting, and actively participating in process improvements. You will apply department operating policies and procedures effectively.
Requirements:
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with volumes dictated by market trends, client demands, and seasonal peaks. You should have a positive attitude and excitement regarding learning new tasks and skills to adapt to changing environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in both English and French, are essential. Post-secondary education with an emphasis on business or economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. Completed Canadian Securities (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) certifications are required. Options Licensing Course & Derivatives Fundamentals Course is an asset and should be completed within 6 months of employment. Three years' related work experience in the financial services industry is necessary. Securities registration as an Investment Representative within the past two years is an asset. Adaptability is crucial as our hours and schedules may change.

This position offers a salary range of $64,000-$79,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate and the position's requirements.
