Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Creative Impex Ltd.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including apprentices, stagehands, and design team members.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance.
  • Hire and train new staff members or arrange for their training as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure they are met.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
