Business Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to provide tailored talent solutions that drive business results
  • Create and execute sales plans to capitalize on high-growth client opportunities
  • Develop and execute against Key Account plans to generate demand and convert dormant contacts into brand advocates
  • Address account escalations with a focus on client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution/service
  • Bachelor's degree
