About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Randy's Pizza & Donair - Lower Sackville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff, to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, maintaining accurate records and files.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment, fast-paced and physically demanding.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, work under pressure, physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, dependability.
