We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality dishes.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that our food is prepared and served safely and to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
