Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team at Marybrown's Chicken and Taters. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around food preparation and kitchen management.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Ensure safe food preparation for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
Work Environment
  • Ability to focus on details in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong client focus and adaptability.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Screening Criteria
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Previous experience in a culinary role is preferred.
Experience Level
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is ideal.
