Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Marybrown's Chicken and Taters. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around food preparation and kitchen management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of meals or individual dishes to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure dishes are safe for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
