We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Lord Elgin Fish & Chips. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen
  • Prepare and cook meals to meet the needs of our customers, including those with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and records
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods
