Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team at Marybrown's Chicken and Taters. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Order and manage kitchen supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food items and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks as required.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong client focus and adaptability.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
