We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Director to lead our recruitment efforts and develop a comprehensive strategy for attracting top talent in North America.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment activities in a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for establishing relationships with educational institutions, trade schools, and external staffing agencies near manufacturing hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic leadership to the executive team on recruitment, hiring practices, and staffing strategies
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and external staffing agencies
  • Develops and implements a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in North America
  • Manages the recruitment pipeline and tracks candidate status
  • Collaborates with the VP of Learning and Development to upskill existing talent and provide upward mobility to employees
  • Maintains and optimizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing and leading a recruitment team
  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and/or a related field
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and ATS management
