About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Avodah Homes Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedules and tasks to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Inspect and Monitor: Regularly inspect the facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets: Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure that they can perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Schedules: Create and manage cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Avodah Homes Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure and be physically demanding at times.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
Benefits
