Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our retail team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Motivate the Sales Team

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Operational Support

You will provide operational support to the store management team, including assisting with daily tasks, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance.

Customer Service

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Training and Development

You will assist in the training and development of new sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Performance Management

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of sales associates, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  1. Experience

1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a leadership role.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Operational Skills

Proven experience with inventory management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.

Communication Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales associates, and management.

Availability

Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
